How It Works

  • Dual support through insert engagement and compression
  • Load distributed across the display panel

Each bracket incorporates an integrated silicone retention strip to help prevent the shelf from moving under load – an important advantage over conventional bracket systems.

  • Improves stability for glass and MDF shelves

Load ratings based on Maximum Recommended UDL. PVC insert systems require de-rating (×0.47)

Load Performance (UDL)

  • Engineered for a uniformly distributed load (UDL) across the full shelf width
  • Reduces the concentrated load points associated with traditional brackets.
  • Optimised for slatwall systems fitted with aluminium inserts

Key Load Example (595mm span):

  • 200mm depth: up to 40kg (glass) / 35kg (MDF)
  • 250mm depth: up to 35kg (glass) / 30kg (MDF)
  • 300mm depth: up to 30kg (glass) / 25kg (MDF)

Compatability

The FSB accepts both 18 mm MDF and 6 mm glass shelves and can be installed into MDF or metal slatwall systems. Standard lengths are 595 mm and 1,195 mm. Cut-to-size options are available, subject to minimum order quantities (MOQs).
